Seats measure people. They do not measure how hard the system works. A 60-bed hospital, a 60-branch bank and a 60-vehicle fleet all have 35 people who log in and wildly different operations underneath. So we count one operational unit as well as one seat — and what counts as a unit depends on what you run.

Isn’t the dedicated HR product cheaper than you?
For HR, yes — roughly ₹150 per employee per month against our ₹352 a head at 50 staff. It does HR and nothing else. If HR is all you need, buy it. We sell one audited system where your operations, your payroll and your books already know about each other.
Why is your hospital price at the top of the HMS range?
Because you are not buying an HMS. You are replacing an HMS, an HR product and a bookkeeper — about ₹34,000 a month across three vendors — with one system at ₹21,584.
What happens if I go over my record limit?
We tell you, and you move up a tier. We do not silently throttle, and we do not delete anything.
Do you discount?
Annual prepay saves 15%, two-year saves 20%. Beyond 25% needs a founder's signature, and we will tell you no rather than tell you yes and cut the support you were promised.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. Not yet. Your data is isolated from every other tenant at the query layer, verified by automated cross-tenant tests on every deploy, with role-based access, two-factor login and an org-wide audit log — and we will walk you through every one of those on a call. When we hold a certificate, we will say so here and you will be able to read it.
